Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. We work with international suppliers through an automated fulfillment system to ensure your order is dispatched as quickly as possible. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed and shipped.
Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on all orders worldwide. No minimum purchase required. Shipping costs are included in the product price.
Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, customs processing and carrier availability. We work with global suppliers to bring you quality products at competitive prices, which means delivery times may be longer than local retailers.

Why Does Delivery Take This Long?
We source our products from carefully selected international suppliers to offer you the best quality at the best price. Products are shipped directly from the supplier to your door, which means you benefit from lower prices but slightly longer delivery times compared to local stores. We believe the savings are worth the wait and we are always transparent about our timelines.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 3-5 business days after shipment for tracking information to become active and update. You can track your order at any time using the tracking number provided.
Customs and Import Duties
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs fees, import duties or taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, which can occasionally add additional days to delivery times.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window please contact us at support@claero.net with your order number. We will investigate with our supplier and carrier immediately and provide you with an update within 24 hours. If your order is confirmed lost we will either send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item please contact us at support@claero.net within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund promptly.
Important Notice
During peak periods such as Black Friday, Christmas and major sales events, processing and delivery times may be slightly longer than usual. We recommend ordering in advance during these periods. Our team monitors all orders closely and will proactively contact you if any significant delay is expected.
